• You will receive your Tracking Number once your order is processed.
• Delivery then takes 2 Working Days to deliver via courier.

What is the cost of shipping? 

Nothing, Today it's FREE, but tomorrow it won't Be. Normally R200.

When will I receive my order? 

It will take 3-7 working days to receive your order depending on when your payment clears, and where you are located. Please allow 3-5 working days for Processing & 2 working days for delivery.

Please note that we do experience delays due to certain Holidays, including Black Friday and the Festive Season, but rest assured, you will receive your order.

Is the product genuine?

Yes, we only supply Genuine Products that are also known as Parallel Imports.

Why are the products so cheap?

All our products come straight from our factories in Belgium & France. We've managed to secure a special batch of designer scents that have been rejected due to certain reasons, which can include minor packaging flaws, Difference in packaging, recipe change or misprints, but the fragrances themselves, still Genuine (Parallel Imports). How does your refund policy work? 

We offer a 30-day guarantee.

** If you're Bottle is faulty, please take a short video and contact our Helpdesk. We will then send out a replacement Bottle to you at no extra charge.
